[Sulaymān ibn Aḥmad al-Fāḍil (1650-1722) was a Turkish teacher, preacher, poet, and scholar of Hadith and Sufism who wrote texts primarily in Arabic, but also in Ottoman Turkish. He traveled heavily throughout the region learning from other scholars in Damascus, Cairo, Jerusalem, and Edirne. He taught in mosques and madrasas in İznik and Istanbul, where he died in 1722 while working as a preacher and teacher at Hagia Sophia.]
