Anthology of tales, farces and numerous interspersed poems. Two other manuscripts
have been integrated into the Leipzig manuscript, in T. 2, ff. 3-21, and T. 6, ff.
20-30, 32-34. The relationship between the Leipzig manuscript and the anthology manuscript in Vienna
still has to be clarified. The Vienna manuscript contains an anthology of 100 tales
in 10 volumes and carries the title Lubb al-albāb al-majmūʿ min kull kitāb, collected
by Shihāb al-Dīn Abū al-Ḥasan Aḥmad ibn al-Ḥasan ibn Aḥmad ibn Ibrāhīm al-Ashʿarī
al-Shāfiʿī (d. around 600/1203; GAL I/430 S I/765; Kaḥḥāla I/189), see Vienna (Flügel),
no. 414.
